We co-developed the electronic patient record (ePA), among others for Techniker Krankenkasse and Barmer, Germany's two largest health insurers. Health data under gematik specifications, FHIR, and strict data protection and security requirements were part of everyday work.
For EDEKA we planned and built a shared platform for several apps, and for Mediengruppe RTL we developed apps including the wetter.de app.
We have also built software for public authorities, among others on behalf of the City of Düsseldorf. We bring this experience to every new project.
After go-live we run and maintain your integrations for the long term: software maintenance by the team that built them, with services and contacts set out in a maintenance contract. Personal, customer and health data are protected by fixed rules.
Cloud operation in a data centre in Germany, or on-premises on your own servers. We process data in line with the GDPR, and only as much as a workflow needs.
Every transfer is logged with time, source, target and result. The log stores IDs instead of personal data in plain text.
Monitoring checks operation continuously. If something needs attention, we and your named contacts are notified at once.
